Asbestos Test
Many older homes (pre-1980s) contain asbestos in materials such as insulation, ceiling tiles, siding, floor tiles, plaster, or wallboard. Asbestos fibers can become airborne. Inhaling those fibers poses serious health risks, including long-term respiratory disease and cancer.
A licensed Inspector collects samples of suspected asbestos-containing materials and submits them to a licensed, accredited testing laboratory for analysis, while maintaining a complete and traceable Chain of Custody (C.O.C.) throughout the process.
Test cost $265
each additional sample $35
