Buy-Back Guarantee
The Buy-Back Guarantee program will buy a home at the original purchase price if the home inspector missed a defect that should have been found according to the InterNACHI Standards of Practice (SOP), provided the inspection was performed by a participating InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector® and the claim is made within 90 days of closing.

Inspection Warranty
IF WE MISS IT, OUR WARRANTY COVERS THE REPAIR.
The Warranty program covers anything that was inspected including structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as appliances, roofing, exteriors, interiors, and potential pest infestations. It also addresses mold, roof leaks, environmental hazards and material defects.
Valid for 90 days from closing or 120 days from the date of the inspection whichever occurs first.
No deductible and the homeowner chooses the contractor for the repair.
