INFRARED THERMAL & EMF SCANS:

We utilize state-of-the-art infrared thermal imaging to conduct a meticulous scan of the property, unveiling concealed defects that could easily go unnoticed.

We also do a full  scan of the property looking for harmful electromagnetic fields (EMF)

INSPECTOR WITH 26 LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Your inspection will be conducted by an experienced professional who holds multiple certifications. (list of licenses and certifications).

CERTIFIED THERMOGRAPHER:

The inspector will be a certified Thermographer from the Professional Infrared Training Institute (P.I.T.I). and also have infrared certifications from the I.C.A. and InterNACHI.

COMMERCIAL THERMAL DRONE:

We use a commercial drone equipped with multiple high-definition and infrared thermal cameras to scan the roof and the upper section of the house. 

NORTH CAROLINA STANDARDS:

We conduct inspections based on rigorous North Carolina Home  Inspector Licensure Board (HILB) standards, ensuring a thorough and reliable evaluation of your property. 

InterNACHI STANDARDS: 

Our Inspection also follows the standards from the  (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) which is required in order to participate in the Buy-Back Program.
