Radon Testing
Radon is the number one cause of lung cancer among non-smokers, according to EPA estimates. Lung Cancer is the #1 cause of cancer deaths in the U.S.
Data provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention indicated that the radioactive substance known as RADON has been found at high levels in all 100 N.C. counties.
All homes in N.C. should be tested, regardless of zone designation.
Testing Method: Continuous Radon Monitor (RadonSentinel 1030) Multidetector- which is a solid-state detector with 6 onboard radon sensors for the highest precision.
A RadonSentinel 1030, is placed in the home for 48 hours.
