To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:

Be a first-time homebuyer.
Purchase a house with a size of less than 2,500 sqf.
The house is NOT new construction.

Scheduling your inspection

Once you receive the approval code, please follow the instructions below:

Go to the menu item: "SCHEDULE NOW"

Select: "Buyers Home Inspection"

Schedule your inspection by filling out the required information and selecting a date.

On the last page, you will be prompted for the (Discount Code).

Enter the code, it will reduce the total to $0.00.
